Meeting Cancellations

• To cancel a meeting, email: genealogydoula@gmail.com 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.

•  If cancellation is done less than 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued.

•  In the cancellation email include your name, date and time of the scheduled appointment and note that you are cancelling your appointment.

No-show Appointments

• A 15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrival to a scheduled appointment. Failure to show up by 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be considered a No-show. No refund will be given.

 

Refunds

• Cancellations given 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will result in a refund being made to your original payment method within 10 days of the cancellation. Please allow 10 business days for yourinstitution to process the refund.
